Office Hours and Appointments

Our offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily and from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday with some exceptions. The Chesterfield office is closed on Wednesday and the St. Charles office is closed on Thursday. Appointments are required if you are to see the doctor but are not necessary when visits are for allergy injections only.

Telephone Calls (Telephones are not answered until 9:00 a.m.)

The doctors generally return telephone calls between noon and 1:30 p.m. and between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.  Inform our staff if your call is an emergency and the doctor will be located to speak with you as soon as possible.  When the office is closed, the doctors can be reached for emergencies by calling the Medical Society Exchange, (314) 533-5858.

Prescription Refills

For refills of prescribed medication, please have your pharmacy call or fax requests during regular office hours when your medical records are available.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are itemized for each visit.  At your request, our staff will inform you of the charge for any services anticipated for your care.  Allergy evaluation may require extensive testing or perhaps none, depending on your individual problem.  During your initial visit the doctor will recommend tests appropriate for your diagnosis and care.  We appreciate payment at the time of service.  Depending upon your insurance plan, we may bill you or your plan directly.  Most plans require a co-payment that is expected at the time of each visit. For your convenience you may use VISA or MasterCard. We do not currently accept American Express or Discovery cards. Statements are mailed twice monthly.  Please let us know of any problem with your bill.
