We participate in most major insurance plans. Please refer to the list below; if your plan is not on the list, please let us know because the list may change from time to time. If your insurance requires you to have a referral from a primary care physician in order to be seen by a specialist, it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate referral. We will bill most insurance plans directly but you may be responsible for a co-payment or your portion of the charges according to the rules of your insurance plan.

If you are a Medicare participant we will file your claim for you. Let us know if you have supplemental insurance so that we may help you file your claim or file it for you. We accept Medicare assignment.
